Our goal is to provide clear, reliable, and transparent information about how we process, package, and deliver your orders so that you enjoy a smooth and professional shopping experience with us.

Local Delivery (Metro Atlanta Area)

Eligibility

Orders with a delivery address within approximately 50–60 miles of our store location qualify for local delivery:

Delivery Fees

Local delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the distance from our store to your delivery address.

Delivery Timing

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day delivery.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be delivered the next business day.

Availability

Local delivery will appear as an option at checkout only if the delivery address falls within our eligible delivery radius.

Shipping – Orders Containing Frozen or Fresh Items

Processing Time

Orders are processed within a maximum of three (3) business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Schedule

Monday to Wednesday Orders:
Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday (before 3:00 PM EST) are prepared and handed over to our courier partners within one business day.
Wednesday After 3:00 PM to Sunday Orders:
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Wednesday through Sunday are processed and given to our courier partners the following Monday or Tuesday, excluding public holidays.

Packaging

To maintain freshness and quality, frozen and perishable items are shipped using:

Insulated boxes or thermal liners
Ice packs or gel packs
These materials help keep items frozen or refrigerated for up to 72–76 hours during transit.

Frozen Item Shipping Schedule

Monday to Wednesday: Frozen shipments are dispatched within 24 hours.
Thursday to Sunday: Frozen shipments are held and shipped the following Monday to prevent weekend delays and ensure product quality.

Shipping – Orders Containing Only Dry Goods

Processing Time

Dry-goods-only orders are processed within three (3) business days from the order date.

Shipping Schedule

Non-frozen/dry-goods orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped out the next business day.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx), it will be returned to our warehouse:

Once returned, we will issue a refund for the value of the items excluding shipping fees.
If you still wish to receive your items, you may place a new order.
