Shipping Process
All frozen food orders are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain product quality. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days via UPS Ground.
Express and overnight shipping options are available for an additional cost. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that delivers within 3 days or less to preserve freshness.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier, not by Fufu International Market. Weather, traffic, and carrier delays may affect expected arrival times.
Ground orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to help prevent weekend delays.
All shipments are sent with a “Shipper’s Release,” allowing UPS to deliver packages without requiring a signature.
Delivery Locations
We primarily ship to residential addresses, but we also deliver to apartments and condominiums. Please confirm with your leasing office or building manager that they can receive packages before placing your order. We are not responsible for how packages are handled after delivery.
We also ship to business addresses, but cannot be liable for how packages are handled once they arrive at the business location.
Upon Delivery
Immediately store your items in the freezer or refrigerator to maintain quality.
If you believe your order arrived in poor condition, please contact us right away and provide photo or video evidence so that we may address your concern.
Our insulated packaging helps maintain safe temperatures for up to 72 hours under normal conditions. However, packages should not be left in direct sunlight or exposed to warm environments.
Your items should arrive at a safe temperature suitable for frozen foods. Some less dense items may thaw slightly during transit; however, food must remain below 41°F (5°C) for safety. Our packaging is designed to support this for up to 72 hours.
Environmental Responsibility
We encourage customers to recycle or reuse the cooler and insulating materials. You may also return reusable components to your local UPS store where possible.

To ensure the best experience, we strongly recommend selecting the fastest available shipping option.
Fufu International Market is not responsible for frozen items once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
